The camber is shaped for powerful turns and energy-boosted precision, and the weight is evenly distributed across the board for continuous edge control from tip to tail.
The confidence placed in technology is not unfounded, as the Custom X has a lot to offer in this regard: the atomic power of the leg-testing, carbon-reinforced Squeezebox High core profile, a performance-grade base, and carbon fiber in the 45° Carbon Highlights High Voltage laminate – all of which significantly reduce the board's weight and improve responsiveness.
One of the most aggressive boards Burton has ever produced, the 2024 edition comes in two versions: choose the power of a camber profile or the deep snow handling of a forgiving Flying V™ profile.
