SUP SERVICE
The SUP service operates from April 1 to September 15.
We accept inflatable SUP boards from all manufacturers for repair.
- Repairs are performed by a professional service using specialized materials and adhesives.
- Repair times are 7-10 business days.
It's fair to say that SUP boards aren't delicate and precise pieces of equipment that require extreme care. However, that doesn't mean they don't experience malfunctions that must be addressed before you can continue to paddle your SUP. The most common damage to inflatable SUP boards is a leak or tear in the board's shell, as well as leaks in the valve.
Can I repair my SUP board myself?
Probably not. The repair technology requires specialized adhesives, press-drying of the bonded parts, a drying time of up to 24 hours, and, of course, experience, skill, and time to complete the repair.

Valve tightness check
Nobody wants to find their board leaking air while swimming.
You may notice that the pressure in the board is much lower after leaving it overnight.
Or while swimming you notice air bubbles appearing around the valve.
Sometimes, tightening/adjusting the valve with the included wrench is enough. Other times, however, it needs to be unscrewed and cleaned.
Note: Do not perform the above activities on an inflated board!

Leakage/perforation of the board coating
Leaks in a SUP board can appear anywhere. They usually result from the seams of the board coming undone. This can be caused by normal aging of the materials, but also by the poor quality of a cheap SUP board, or by improper storage. It's important to remember to store your SUP board properly, as leaving it in direct sunlight, for example, can reduce the durability of the glue used to seal the seams. Occasionally, the board's coating can become perforated or torn. However, this doesn't mean the board is only suitable for throwing away—a proper repair service is sufficient.
