Delivery methods:

• We ship via InPost and DPD courier companies. They guarantee fast and timely delivery of packages to any specified location in Poland on the next business day between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
• Parcels are insured.

What to do if I find damage to the shipment?

To confirm the damage, it is necessary to photograph the damaged package and draw up a damage report in the presence of the courier. If this was not possible at the time of delivery, please contact the Customer Service Department to submit a request for such a report. The Contact Center is available at the following phone numbers 22 577 55 55 or 801 400 373. It is also possible to submit a request via email at cc@dpd.com.pl. Drawing up a damage report does not initiate the complaint procedure. After drawing up the damage report, an official complaint must be submitted.
